1. Reservations & confirmations

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment, depending on the rate selected. Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

Rates are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include prevailing taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional rates may carry additional conditions, which are communicated at the time of booking.

2. Check-in, check-out & identification

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures are available on request and subject to availability and additional charges.

Government-issued identification is required for every guest at check-in. For contactless access, IDs must be uploaded through the guest portal at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payments, deposits & incidentals

We accept secure card payments, MPesa, and bank transfers. A refundable security deposit is charged prior to arrival. The deposit is returned within 48 hours of check-out pending suite inspection.

Incidental charges (e.g., minibar restock, damages, lost keys) are deducted from the deposit or charged to the payment method on file.

4. Cancellations & modifications

Flexible reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 72 hours before arrival without penalty. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

No-shows are billed in full. For long-stay or corporate agreements, bespoke terms supersede these general policies.

5. Guest responsibilities & conduct

Guests agree to respect quiet hours, occupancy limits, and building policies. Parties or commercial photography require prior written consent.

Smoking is prohibited inside all suites. Designated smoking areas are provided. Violation incurs a cleaning fee of KES 15,000.

6. Liability

Alfanest Suites is not liable for loss of money, securities, or valuables not stored in the provided safe. Guests are encouraged to secure belongings.

We are not responsible for service interruptions or force majeure events (e.g., power outages) beyond reasonable control, though we endeavour to resolve issues promptly.

7. Privacy & data protection

Guest data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Kenya’s Data Protection Act. Personal information is used only to deliver hospitality services.
